They are a useful tool in my new KETO journey
So, my daughter and I started a KETO diet. We are new to this lifestyle, so I decided to get these strips to ensure we do not get into a dangerous level of Keytones which is above 3.0 mmol/L. We are usually at the normal range so that is assuring. Package comes with strips (I use) and vile (don't use) and stainless cup (don't use) and directions with a nice write up on the diet (I use). I pee directly on the strip for about 2 seconds and wait 15 seconds and then compare the color to the color chart on the bottle. Easy enough. Good purchase and value, I believe. It arrived in 2 days with free shipping from Prime.

These have worked well for me so far and have not had any issues. Clearly can see the color difference and it is easy to compare results to the color grid on the bottle.
