Beautiful Barbie!

She is gorgeous! I got her for my great niece when she was in her peacock phase, I think around age 4 3/4 . For Christmas I got her everything peacock, it cracked her up, but she let me know I over did it. But to this day ( she recently turned 8), she still doesn't know I have this collectible for her. I showed it to her mom. And we both agreed it shouldn't be given to her until she's older (or I pass away - then it will be up to my son & her Mom). Last I knew/checked it's value has already more than doubled. But she is so beautifully done and the real peacock feathers are a perfect touch. Of course I've kept it in the original case it came in. But I just realised I need to get an all encompassing clear case to better keep dust out and hopefully UVA etc. proof!

This Barbie is absolutely stunning. The ad pics do not do her justice. Choice of fabric holds the depth of the beautiful peacock blues. No skimping on the peacock feathers either, which makes the doll abundantly decorative. While richly attired in vibrant hues, there is still something delicate in her expression and regal in her demeanor. Mattel has captured the essence of the peacock for sure. This is one you will want to put on a shelf in full view of everyone for artistic appreciation. Great collector's item.

I bought this doll twice but returned both. Mine both had some box damage. I would have kept the second one but the face and arms of the Barbie doll had pieces of feathers all over them. Since I'm a collector I wouldn't have removed them from the box so that was a problem for me. I decided the dolls weren't the right fit for me. I will say the Barbie is unique, creative and beautiful. I think because of the age it is hard to find that perfect one for collectors.

I got this for my mom since she loves peacocks! It was in amazing condition and just as beautiful as it looked. It was actually a lot bigger than I thought it would be too!!

So dissapointed. This arrived completely damaged at both ends of the top, both smashed and ripped. The bottom of the box had been opened and has no seal.

box was packed well. wrapped in tissue paper. no dents / scratches on box. you can tell the vendor takes time and values putting the shipment together. this was a gift for someone who loves peacocks. was very happy and surprised.

Love this Barbie. The costume is so pretty and the product came in great condition!
