I was able to walk more easily with the Rollator. Thanks. All I had to do is screw the attached wheels to the frame, adjust the height, and off I went. I was able to sit comfortably and appreciate the extra bag to hold some belongings. And light weight, but sturdy.

Due to an unknown degenerative disease, it was getting to hard to get around with just a cane (causing more pain in the shoulders) and the dog had figured out how to get between me and the cane which was unsafe. I was becoming less active and more chair/bed bound. This was driving me nuts! I finally started looking at ways to get around safely and at least get to a few social events and outside more instead of becoming mental and homebound. I set my hopes on this walking aid and so far it has not let me down! I can now go again.It is light enough I can fold it with a pull on the handle on the seat and put it in the back of the little pickup I drive (it won't fit in the cab :( ). Its 18# and wish it was lighter but with leverage, even when I am tired, I can still manage on my own. It rolls easily inside (rugs, tile, wood floors, linoleum) and outside (pavement, cement walks and lawns)! My kids joke that I can now give Ricky Bobby a run for his money >:) It is fabulous and exciting! I am so encouraged that I want to go go go! and this walker has made it possible!I love the brakes when going down inclines. I don't have to worry about 'run aways'. My only wish is that it had a locking brake system/parking break so if I need to sit, I have that added security of knowing the 'parking brake' would be there (think about it manufacture! it would be perfect!). The hand grips are so very comfortable even when applying the brakes. Brakes are easy to apply and hold.It is very comfortable to sit in -- much like a Directors Chair. Very relaxing. I love the detachable bag to act as a purse/lunch basket/ farmer's market satchel and the cane holder holds that item very securely even in rougher terrain! I had one of my doctors look it over and he said he has never seen such a well made walker and was thinking about recommending it to his other patients!I love that it is collapsible as that I can get through any width of door or put it aside at the office when at work or in waiting rooms.There are reflectors on the front pivotal wheels (back wheels are stationery) which gave me the idea to get a head lamp so I could go strolling in the summer evenings! Or even a bike clip-on headlight and back light (flasher tail lamp) for safety.I want to thank the makers of this walker, for making a great product, and giving me back a part of my life I sorely missed and thought was gone! I can't wait to get out in the garden! God Bless!

The product is great. Sturdy and light weight. Easy to manuver.There was some shipping damage which i had to repair before use. Packaging for rough handling during shipping could be better.

Worked well- for about 18 months, then front casters started sticking worse and worse making it very difficult to maneuver, almost like tripping when trying to turn or change directions. Ad lists 5 year warranty, but enclosed product info says 3 year warranty. Either way, no response from manufacturer regarding service or return. It's almost unusable now, and I would add that it has been very gently / lightly used. Shouldn't be having this problem under circumstances it is used.Other than that... Attractive, versatile, seems solid and easy to fold, though I rarely do so. Would like to replace / repair (warranty) but not if it is going to fail under such light use and no manufacturer support.

Bought it for my mom. It's very sturdy and easy to maneuver. When she gets tired she locks the breaks and sits comfortably. She loves it. I love how easy it is to break down and light enough for me to put it in my trunk.

Great walker to use outdoors on sidewalks, pavers, even grass. Very stable, folds easily for getting in/out of car and offers a comfortable seat when you need a rest.

This was only used in my home. It was never banged around in the car or used outside. It worked just fine (although I feel the seat is a couple of inches low) until the rear wheel fell off after 5 months of use. I wasn't hurt, thank goodness, but I can only hand tighten the wheel back on because the screw head is some proprietary type that I don't own. I need to see about a warranty return.

My dad loved this product until the wheel fell apart. The item is new and was not used much. We were in a Tony Bennett concert and during the walk from the parking lot to our seats the wheel fell. Thank God nothing happened to my dad.
