Luvina Orientel KX-T555 Jumbo LCD Landline Phone (Multicolour)

I have place the order for the Telephone on 3rd July 2020 and I was promised to deliver the item by 10th July. Unfortunately the item was delivered only today ie. 30th July. I connected it and to my surprise, the phone was not in working condition. I contacted the Customer Care and I was told that I should have returned by 20th July. How is it possible to return an item received on 30th before 20th. It is unjust and I am deprived.It is not expected from a world class Amazon to say this. I demand that the item may be replaced at the earliest so that I can continue to be good customer of Amazon.

I got a new broadband connection during this lockdown and it came with a landline connection free. So I was looking for a good cost effective landline and found this product. The quality is good and sound quality is also good. Easy to install and operate

Waste of money. Stopped working after 2 weeks. If u have lot of money to waste then go for it.. or else stay away from such bogus products.

Writing after 15 days of use. Value for money. Easy to install on wall. I connected it to airtel nokia router. Sound quality better than mobile. Perfect budget phone for daily use.

Do not buy it. Sound Volume is very low you barely cant hear what caller says and product stop working after 1 month. terrible experience .
