It has bits of dry cherries and needs to be mixed and hour or so ahead of time so they can soften.

My absolute favorite protein powder!! I will say though that it does NOT mix instantly! Not even close. I use either almond or cashew milk, so I don't know if it mixes well with cow's milk, but it never mixes thoroughly. There is always some of it floating and always some of it on the bottom of my glass. You could probably try using a blender but I don't bother. I really love the flavor so I put up with it. :)

When my local GNC was out of the chocolate spiru-tein, I decided to order online and saw this new (to me) flavor, cherries jubilee! I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I sometimes mix it with chocolate, 1/2 of each, and that is also scrumptious. The cherries jubilee tends to thicken up more than the chocolate, so when I use it alone, I use a scant scoop instead of a full scoop.

Instead of snacking between meals on high calorie, high carb "junk food" why not try this delicious protein drink full of amino acids. I like to use it as a base, and add a scoop of powdered greens, and/or powdered acai, cocoa, powdered wheat grass, hemp seed or ground flax seed. Cold or ice water are perfect for diluting the powdery mix. Experiment with whatever you like or have on hand. The cherry flavor is dominant. It is satisfying and I don't get hungry between meals or crave sweets.

Don't appreciate the difficulty retuning/replacing/refunding. Of course no one wants a used food product retun. But likewise, the customer doesn't want a broken container.Got to the refund button and it disappeared.

Cherry's Jubilee is my favorite flavor. This is the first shake that I have tasted that is not chalky. I use this as breakfast on my way to work. It requires little preparation. The only thing is not to use too much powder if you do not want it really thick. I use 16 0z of skim milk and 1/2 scoop of mix. I usually have breakfast at 7:30 am. Spiru-Tein lasts me until about 11:30. It is a good breakfast on the run. Try it !!!
