Clips work well, very easy to control.It would be nice to have a plastic welder tip attachment to fill in between clips.

Worked great. Repaired several plastic rv door skins. A great way to get some shape and form back into a repair once it’s memory has been lost.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It looks like a nice kit. He hasn't used it yet but will review again when he does.

At first this worked as expected. But while using there was a pop then smoke from inside the box and it stopped working. This was only the 4th use.I went to Amazon to return it and it was 4 days after the return window was available. Not quite sure how that works but no option to return.I will still be trying to return and if they work with me I will come back and report how they do.

After a day posting the missing staple - I get contact from the seller - they are responsive and willing to send me the staples.However, I just send back to amazon and intend to just but another replacement one - the design and construction is decent to me - especially the embedded metal staple is really worth to try.Just checked their store before re-purchase, I find few good tools - 1600 w plastic welder kit - much better than the two I am using now.I upped the star - mostly for two other tools I bought from their store - It may not totally innovative - but they are definitely, and meaningfully upgraded the performance compare existing brands (name brand or no-name)After all - I do like what they sell.//// original issue ///Just open the package - there is no stapler included - even the product description says include few hundred staples
