Expensive, but was perfect for my homemade, chocolate covered cherries. Worth the extra cost.

I use this chocolate to make Jack Daniels chocolate mousse pie and it's the best chocolate you can use for it. The Taste is a little bitter but still has good sweetness the color is very nice and when you mix the melted chocolate with whipped cream the texture is nice and creamy.

I like to make chocolate covered candies occasionally. Used the various brands of 12 oz bags and they were okay. Decided to try these. They melt better, coat better and taste better. It's a whole lot of chocolate to buy at once, so it takes a while to cook my way through it, but I manage to do it. They're a little more expensive than the grocery store bags, but they are so worth it.

I’ve tried a few brands of similar cacao percentage and this one is the best. Easy to temper using short heat times. For 1 cup, add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Heat 30 secs, stir stir stir. Heat in 10 sec intervals, stir stir stir. Don’t over heat and never let a single drop of water touch it or it will turn into a gremlin.

What’s not to luv about this chocolate, taste , smell , creamy ,texture. Easy to work with . I’m a certified chocolate tier . only worked with this chocolate co . Luv the white , dark chocolate . Yummie!

My product came open while I love the delivery of using an aluminum bag cooler and the 2 iced things to keep it cold that was awesome but the bag was open. How am I supposed to let the seller know that my bag was open?These aren't cheap.
