Now I never say, "Can you hear me"
This booster really works great. We live on the east coast of Florida in a concrete reinforced house. The cell tower is only a few miles away but on the other side of multiple concrete walls since my office is on the side of the garage. So the tower signal has to go through the front of the garage, the back of the garage and through the front wall of my house, three concrete walls. My cell phone rarely worked, even when I rolled my chair around to get 1/2 to 1 bar of signal. Generally, on important calls I would go outside (weather permitting). After installing this system, I have 3 to 5 bars!!!!!! ALL OF MY CALLS ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR. Note; the antenna has to be mounted where you get the best signal from your phone. For me that was at the top of my house chimney. A coax cable has to be run from the antenna down to a power module that needs a receptacle. In my case the receptacle had to be in the attic, so that needed to be installed first. Last the transmitter has to be located in the house and another coax cable run from the power module to the transmitter. It was a lot of work to install it properly.....but worth it. You may be able to mount the antenna outside near ground level and YOU CAN USE YOUR CELL PHONE BEFORE YOU BUY to determine if you can get enough signal to make this work. It is not magic....you need some signal for the system to boost it.

Did not work for me
Teck support was really good. He worked through everything to make sure that the equiptment was working and that there was enough signal to work. In the end it was determined that I needed the directional antena as it had a higher gain.

I can probably charge a “mobile tax/rent” with this
Purchased this as a “helper” unit for my Netgear Unite Explorer with expensive directional patch on the outside mast and connected via a low loss coax into Netgear’s pair of TS9 antenna ports.I was getting 1Bar LTE with and old set up which was actually slower/worse than straight up 4G link...At any rate purchased this combo, installed included yagi type antenna right next to the old one on my mast - fired it up, start playing with levels and - our remote cabin now gets 15mbps/7.5mbps as far as data and locked in at 4 bars for At&t LTE in deep Northern Wisconsin...Indoor patch antenna is garbage, I will need to upgrade it to a nicer dome type as it works blah. You can really dial in as far as booster/amp unit and turn off bands you do not use to eliminate clutter- I would recommend you spend time and only have what you need as far as levels go on specific bands(those 5 dials).Neighbors have been seen now (considering I have over 140kbps both up and down now, installed simpliSafe sensors and a camera) coming over and standing by our cabin placing calls :) .I can also now stream live tv with my At&t U-Verse App and, regrettably, bringing laptop with me up North if urgent business issues come up.So be aware- you will regain means of modern communication and as such sacrifice remoteness and unreachability...As I said, only thing they can do better is - PoE for unit power AND ship it with a nice dome internal vs crappy patch

Worked for me, setting the correct expectations.
All I can speak to is my experience. I was very reluctant to buy this because if the bad reviews. I live in the mountains of Colorado and have Verizon service. In my location I get 1 bar (around -125 dbs). After installing the signal booster I can stand 20 feet away from the internal antenna and get 3-4 bars (-87 dbs). When I use the the speed test app on my iPhone 11 Peo Max I go from 2.12 Mbps to a crazy fast 38.6 Mbps. Again you results will very, once I leave the room and go to the other side of my house it defiantly drops. However the signal is still much better than without it. I could also add another internal antenna I’d this was a big issue for me.I installed this booster because my dsl internet is flaky and will go out multiple times a month with no correlation to power outages. So for me the gives me the ability to continue working uninterrupted for the most part. Obviously I would struggle to video conference with this but I can still call, message, slack, email, etc... The point is before when my dsl went out progress stopped, now I can continue. So for that I would say money well spent.I hope this review helps because I was concerned because if the review when I bought this.

Used in small commercial site - works great
I have a 1,000 ft2 commercial workshop that lost AT&T coverage when the metal garage door was down. Shop has 6" concrete walls. Rented a small hammer drill with a 1/2" masonry bit and bored a hole in the concrete wall to pass the coax to the external antenna to. Hookup is super easy. The only two coax cables had different size connectors for the external and the internal antennas. So no way to mess it up. Hardest part about any install is getting the external antenna run done. Happy with the results and glad I didn't spend twice the money for a higher end unit from another company.

From 1bar of zero-Gs to 3 bars of 4G!!
I live in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico and there is a single Verizon tower 20ish miles (line of sight) but several mountain peaks over from my house. I barely got 1 bar of basic voice (not 3G or 4G) service outside and nothing inside. Since installing this antenna, I now get 3 bars of 4G service inside my house. It's still slow compared to "city" 4G service, with speeds of about 1MB down and 2MB up, but overall, it's a huge performance boost that allows me to call and text without drops....and I can do some data if I must, but I use wifi for that.
