It melts super fast!
Very disappointed. It’s 63 degrees outside, the collar stayed in the freezer for 24 hours. Took it out and within 30 min, nothing cooling about it. The frozen gel is soft again and my dog left with nothing to cool her at the playground.I unpacked the collar just last night and there the box away. Well... the collar just isn’t what it seems... not cool!!!

Dogone HOT
Does not cool dog down at all nor does the small mat for my LARGE DOG that I ordered. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
