NB16

I have been using these headphones for 4 years. I am on my 3rd set. I tend to use them for several hours a day while cycling and travelling on public transport. I average around 8h a day. Sound quality is good, head phone comfort as well. But the best aspect is the battery life. I charge the head phones overnight and they last the whole day. The latest headphones failed after a few months. I contacted the supplier, who arranged for a replacement under the 2 year warranty. Very straight forward.

Pleased with these perfect for tv use, not the greatest audio sound but perfect for tv.

With the transmitter and optical connect this product is brilliant for listening to the TV when the ears are a bit dodgy 😄. From recent experience their customer service is excellent- fast and to the point.

The headphones are easy to use but don't sit well on the neck when running. The ear bud sizes are also fairly small so they easily fall out. They're a lot more clunky and don't fold up small. The sound is good however.

Great quality, very comfortable. Worked fine for 6 weeks. After that battery life does not go beyond 1 to 2 hours! Found myself having to charge every day. Considering I bought these specifically to go with avantee bluetooth adaptor for TV and for the 20 hours expected between charges this is very disappointing. Perhaps I have a faulty set. Returning for refund. UPDATE 19/02/2019. These headphones don't come with a charger. Appears existing charger being used for these headphones was faulty! Rating therefore updated to 5 star. Excellent value for money and avantee customer service in response to original review was great.

Not working after only 10 months,pairing but without sound.

My earbuds became faulty but were quick and easily replaced after speaking to a very helpful correspondant (Janice). A replacement pair was sent to me within 1 week. I was required to return the faulty item via their prepaid postage. A very pleasant experience. 5*

These are super light weight, and work great with my TV, no lag, great sound, however!! First set bought with transmitter unit, only lasted a few months before needing to be exchanged because they were faulty. Replacement headphones lasted two and half years, but then more problems. The wiring to the ear piece became loose, so the sound in one ear was intermittent. Not easy to repair, so I bought a replacement set and treated these very carefully, not bending the wire etc. This set lasted 23 months before I had exactly the same issue, loose connection and intermittent sound. The transmitter unit works fine, but I now need another set of earphones. Very disappointed, the price has gone up a lot, don’t want to go back to on the head ear phones, more expense and need to look elsewhere.

Love this product and make. This was a replacement of an earlier model. It is a it finicky to get connected after recharging. Audio does not disappoint.

En cas de difficultés le service commercial (testé) est disponible sans surtaxation en français (parlé et écrit). Il offre une réactivité surprenante et une très bonne écoute des clients. Je suis client Avantree depuis plusieurs années et vous recommande chaudement cette société.

Léger et pas précis

I love these so much. Having been burned several times by crap devices that looked similar in design I was wary. I had tried a different design but i just really like the simplicity of the smooth flexible neckband with the dangling magnetic earbuds. I tried one more time & finally got lucky. The most significant thing about this headset odds the incredible battery life. I charged it fully when i received it. I use it daily for anywhere between 2-3 hours, mostly for music. The battery lasted 9 days! I'd say the advertised 20hrs is pretty spot on. Sound quality for calls & music is damned good for the price. It's not Bose obviously, but it's seriously decent. No issues with calls crackling or breaking up, i can hear them & they can hear me. Good bluetooth range, I'd say about 30 ft. Importantly, the rubber bits that go in the ear DON'T FALL OFF! I'd had this problem with every single other device i got. These stay put. You can change the tips without an issue & then they remain there. It's beautiful. I waited awhile to review these because i wanted to be sure. I got duped before by other sellers. I'm convinced some of them are manipulating their reviews. These guys, however, are the real thing. If you're like me and you've been buying pieces of crap with 5 star reviews and are getting frustrated trying to sort out the real from the fake, this really is a decent product & great for the price. Probably the only reason I'm leaving such a long review, hope to help others sort through the weeds. Update: I purchased the NB16 model and after about a year it finally needed to be replaced. apparently they are now selling another model on this page the NB26 which I am not fond of (which is somewhat disingenuous seeing as they are carrying over the reviews for the NB16) . This page now references both models and hopefully they will straighten it out. Previously good interactions with customer service, quite dissatisfied this go around.
