Great Mount; Just Not Great Enough
I really enjoyed using this product. It mounted very easily to my car and was pretty study. I bought this item back in September, so I've had it for about 4 months, but last week one of the arms to hold the phone broke off for no reason. It probably has to do with the cheaper materials used to construct the mount. I also had problems with slow charging of my iPhone Xs. Good product but it could use some quality improvements. Wish I could have it still in one piece.

Doesn't charge through Note 9 case
Doesn't charge through my phone case. My other wireless chargers charge through my case without any issues. Disappointed.
