I didn't count the total number of nuts; however, there might be enough broken pieces of macadamia nuts in one bag to make up one nut or perhaps 1 1/2 nuts in some of the bags. In other words, if you have a yearning for macadamia nuts, these snack bags probably won't provide enough nuts for you.

How many carbs in a bag?

I see right below this product I was able to click on the same product and it has a nutrition table picture in it. There are 6 grams of carbs and 3 grams of fiber and one gram of sugar. Take care and stay safe and healthy!

It has 40 mg. I can see the sodium content on the front of the box.

Is this made with refined peanut oil? key word being refined

They are dry roasted, so there shouldn't be any oil used.

Happy with the product, for the most part

I enjoy these packs of nuts because they are pre-portioned for a nice snack that is also nutritious and healthy. One time, however, I did get a box where I think only one of the bags included macadamia nuts. The other 6 packets had only almonds and cashews. A minor inconvenience and a quality control issue from the manufacturer’s side. Otherwise I am satisfied with the freshness, flavor, and salt content of these mixed nuts and that one experience han’t stopped me from ordering again.
