It contained 60 capsules.● The capsules are transparent and its filled with green powder● As per the manufacturer, this extract is decaffeinated and each capsule is equivalent to one cup of coffee● Green coffee beans are unroasted- by the way, roasting turns them brown. Chlorogenic acid is lost during roasting which is the main ingredent in coffee that helps in weight-loss. Studies show that chlorogenic acid can slow down absorption of carbohydrates. It is also believed to be having to improve the function of fat-burning hormone adiponectin● This is also said to reduce glucose absorption thus impacting positively on diabetes management● These capsules are not recommended for chlidren, pregnant ladies or if you are taking any medication● I am using this every day for a week now and is yet to write something on the results.
