Love the colour and the location of the handle allows it to fit on my car cup holder keeps heat for a long time…BUT I had throw it out today as the handle snapped off and that was one of the reasons I bought it was for the handle

They really keep cold drinks cold for a very long time. I've never used them for hot drinks. Plus the cover doesn't leak, which is huge for me!

Love these mugs. They are my absolute go to when it comes to coffee cups. They are convenient and rugged. They are a good size, don’t leak, and are super easy to clean. However they don’t honestly keep warm as long as I would like. That would be my only complaint. Bought this one so she is happy since it’s a nice pink color!

I like the size, the color and the ease of using the handle. The problem, it's only on the left so if you're driving, you can't grab by the handle (which was the purpose for me). I already recycled the box as I didn't realize this until too late. I did as the question and AI answered with it cannot be changed. I never saw this in the explanation so yes, I'm disappointed.
