Be confident and make sure to check your model number to insert correctly. While inserting the cartridge remove the seal/ tape and start print. Incase if the printer show that the cartridge is empty or low on ink. This is completely normal. Ignore the warning ink level by pressing OK to continue. If the second message comes up and printer LCD shows error code 'E' do not cancel print. Press and hold down the printer STOP/RESET button at least 5 seconds or more. The printer will start printing.

Print quality is good
The print quality is almost as good as the original Canon 810 but the ink is comparatively less. I printed around 35 40 pgs and the ink indicator on my system shows almost half empty

Value for money . Works well
Works well Canon MP287 Printer. The print quality is 80% of original. M not sure it's bcos of the refill or bcos I have not been using the printer for long time.
