SWANSON IS A GOOD PRODUCT AND PRICE

Have been using Saw Palmetto for many, many years. Now, here I am in my mid 60's and I'm still good to go. My thought is, any man 35 years old or older should be taking it for his prostate health. Have just found out recently that it may also help at retaining your hair. This is due to the thought that it helps to reduce the hydrolyzing of testosterone... which is a big-time hair follicle killer. Did not know this before now, but I think it has helped me there too, as I still have a decent amount of hair on top. My family has a history of men going bald by 45 or so. Would I purchase again? 90% of the supplements I take, I feel no difference, but follow my doctor’s recommendation. These, I can feel a difference taking, I have tried other brands, and pumpkin seeds, these seem to be the best for Me. Maybe not you, but for me they work well. Price point is fair, shipping is good, usually I purchase 2 bottles at a time, no taste that I can make out, fairly large capsules. For me a very good product.

Seems to help. Very subjective to evaluate.
