Refund required for toner NPG-59 not working in machine.
Dear Team,We have ordered 10 cartridges from your site sold by Star printer (Paper Box) and the toners are not working and we have tried one toner in the machine model no- Canon 2002n and the machine responds after 10 to 15 min and it all depends on the volume of the machine. So now it is not working well. Kindly share vendor email id or mail for the same. So we request you to process the refund of all cartridges.
