Working long hours in a Care Home my feet get very tired and sore, so it is lovely to be able to pamper my poor sore feet especially at this time. One flaw with this item is, that it is both difficult to fill and empty because of where the electrical wire is situated. I requested a time for my parcel to be delivered, and it was delivered on time...well done to the Driver

Quite noisy. Fits male size 11 feet in length but not really deep enough

Very poor product didn't work properly from the start. I was told a replacement was being sent to me that was the beginning of January and still no where to be seen.
