San Ignacio Granito Frypan, Grey, 20 x 4.3 cm

This pan is well made, so far, works as promised. It has become my ‘go to’ pan for scrambled eggs with cheese, and all non-stick cooking. I might be looking for a larger pan of this kind soon.

Great coating and handle. I use it to cook bacon and onions on my outside gas grill to avoid smelling up the joint. Amazingly it just wipes clean with a paper towel.

I mainly purchased this skillet to cook eggs without sticking. I have also used for cooking other food, as it is so easy to clean. It is now my favorite little frying pan.

Started to see sticking in our 10" Gotham Steel copper colored omelet pan. Looked for another stone based product and this came out tops. Lose a little in sizing as this is 8 inches. Initially thought it wasn't going to work as the surfaces seems a little rough, but nope - nothing sticks (I'm sure if non-edibles where melted in it you might get something to stick but that would be kind of stupid to do). Like the fact that there isn't a metal handle to transfer heat. Use a gas stove, so no clue if induction works .(seems to be a beef with a lot of these type pans). Overall, a well made small frying pan.

The red copper pans I purchased a year ago for twice as much have begun to stick. I threw them out and purchased these granite pans. I am cautiously optimistic that they may be non stick for a long period of time. I have been using them for about 4 months now. I recommend them.

You can stick it in the dish washer, nothing sticks to it and it cooks evenly! What more could you want from a pan!

Nice size for quick & easy eggs in AM.

Se ve bonita pero la sartén en sí es un bluf. Se pone fea en seguida y se abomba. El mango no es madera, es una especie de goma que imagino que dura más pero que le da aspecto como de juguete. Igualmente, el dibujo es como piedra pero la sartén en sí es lisa, no tiene relieve. La devolví.

Bis jetzt sehr zufrieden, es ist eine tolle Pfanne mit guten Ergebnissen.
