I've been using these for about a week now and I've lost 3 lbs. I like that my stomach looks flatter and less bloated. The first morning that I woke up after taking it, I felt cramps in my stomach and it was a little painful. After that day, the cramps haven't been as bad. There were times when I have to run to the bathroom after eating, so it's best to stay home when taking these or when having meals at least. I don't know if these affect sleep too, but I've been getting really good sleep since I've started taking them too.

First off, this stuff works. And is more mild than other detox’s I’ve tried. But after reading reviews here, I took what i learned and put it into practice. You may cramp a LITTLE doing it this way but that’s it. Put half of the pill in yogurt in the AM. And take the other half before bed. It will still be effective, but more gentle. And just do this for a few days until you’re ready to take it all at once. If you even want/ need to. But can’t recommend this stuff enough!

******UPDATE 2020**********This is my second time around with this product. I wanted some relief from all the holiday goodies that, although were yummy, did not agree with my tummy. Same as last time I made sure to start off slow and drank lots and lots of water. This product is by far the best, which is why I came back. It helped me get back on track with my regularity and decreased my bloating immensely. I will keep coming back because this product has been great for me!****UPDATE******Okay so I finished the full 2 weeks of the detox, I started with 1 capsule days 1-5 then started onto 2 capsules at night. I would definitely recommend this cleanse because it was a lot more bare able than the others I’ve tried. I noticed that when I didn’t drink enough water during the day and even taking the pills, the cramping would be more intense. Also beware of what you eat!!! If you eat something spicy, you may regret it the next day.I did lose about 3-4lbs which is great because I was stuck in a plateau. I’ll definitely be doing this again in 6 months! Don’t be afraid!!**ORIGINAL****So I don’t normally write reviews on anything even if I absolutely love it, but I figured I’d give people a heads up about this product.I’ve only been taking for 3 days but I want you to know IT DOES GET BETTER. The first night I took this I woke up with the worst cramps that were obviously a sign that I HAD to go. I went a few more times throughout the day and the cramps got a little less intense as the day progressed. The second day same thing happened, I took it at night and woke up with cramps and a little gas but definitely better than the day before. Third day and same thing, definitely the cramping gets better and the going isn’t as like intense but a key thing is DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! MORE WATER = LESS CRAMPING. It also helps because your obviously losing water weight and it helps with dehydration and water retention. The more water you drink, the less water your body is going to want to hold onto because it’s satisfied. Also, even on the first day I felt so much lighter and even after eating I wasn’t bloated at all!! I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s only been 3 days. Also, I’m only taking 1 capsule nightly instead of the 2. Hope this helps!

In the two weeks I've been taking this, I've lost a few lbs and definitely feel a LOT better. I tend to bloat very easily and have not felt bloated at all, despite eating pizza, having some alcohol and heavy gluten. I find it takes about 12 hours to "kick in" and by then you'll be ready to go, and I mean READY. I upped the dosage to 2 pills a night after the first week and found it a bit harsh for my system, but everyone is different so just test it out. Excited to see the results by the end of the cleanse (I have a week/week and a half left of pills). Overall, I bought this to jumpstart my weight loss journey and feel better and both of those things have happened!

Works well but only if you plan to be home the whole time. Had diarrhea at least 5 times a day. Had to quit after day 4 because I don’t have the time to spend in the bathroom with work and school.

I love these ! Especially if you have Ibs-c these help ! Make sure to drink with a lot of water the after taste can be gross ! The next day be careful these work quickly and take at night , if you take them in the morning you’ll be up all night going to the bathroom. Follow directions as well !

I took one pill to start out with and went all day without feeling amy different. No difference in bloating. No need to use the bathroom, no cramps. I did however end up with the worst headache and nausea. I spent the day in bed. None of the other reviews mentioned this as a side effect so i chucked it up to a bad day. The next morning my head is still kind of hurting but significantly less however I just had a sudden sneezing attack that feels like an allergic reaction. Unless i've suddenly become allergic to my apartment I'm thinking its another side effect. Finally, i checked the underside of the bottle and the product they sent me is expired.

Not to be TMI but I'm a person who doesn't "go" daily. Not the case with these. Take one before bed and your system is "cleansing" as soon as you wake up. I'm on day 5, down 4lbs, and don't have my normal bloat. There is some cramping and some bubble guts and when you have to go YOU HAVE TO GO so be aware of your plans for the day.
