Great for energy

So for many years I've been low in dhea and have had every symptom out there, but every time I try it, while I feel good my hair gets oily on lowest dose and my hair falls out. And I seem to get a rebound effect of depression when it wears off. But my skin, energy and mood improves so much, I keep trying. Was using another brand that was touted as pure element, and used to be, but they started adding stuff to their supplements with lowering the price. So I decided to try DL. it works just as well. In the meantime, I'd researched a lot and found that taking DIM might alleviate the hair falling out. And using an extra lower dose will stop the rebound effects. So I use this 10 mg first thing in morning with hla, biotin, and collagen in coffee. Then use the DL lower dose around 4:00 pm with DIM and works like a charm for me (so far).

This product works exactly as intended. Quality DHEA supplement with no unwanted side effects. Easy to take and seems to support overall hormone balance well
