Received a defective product, it got really hot and went from around 75% charge to 0 in 5 mins.

This is honestly the best power bank I have ever used. It holds its charge when its not used. Charges my phone and laptop multiple times with one charge using super fast charge. And you can charge back up the powerbank over night
