Beautiful swing set when it was complete. Assembly could have been quicker and easier if you would label the boards with letters to match up quicker. We were missing three of the bolt caps so I messaged the company. I got a quick response from Glenda Marsh-Moore who couldn’t have been more pleasant. She immediately mailed us the missing caps without any issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a swing set for the backyard. Just be patient with the building and plan on 6-8 hours. Just make a picnic day of it and enjoy. This product was missing bolts and was extremely difficult to assemble. I thought the sturdiness would be good, but i's OK. Not really happy given the huge price tag. More of an $800 set. Takes about 12 hours to assemble with two people. It's ridiculous. Nothing is labeled so you're trying to figure out what goes where. Very disappointed. I bought because it's American made and I thought that it would be a lot better in quality.

We purchased this last summer and we’re originally very happy with the purchase. Went together fairly easily. We did have to trim a little off the swing beam to get the holes to line up, but not a big deal for us. Unfortunately by the middle to end of this summer, 1 year later, we are realizing a lot of the screws are busting off. I feel like by the time next summer roles around I will have to by all new hardware and rebuild. If I would have known that it would be this way so soon I would have went a different route for getting our kids a swing set.

It has taken 2 professional contractors 2 days to assemble. Directions were extremely poor and misleading, and parts for each section were in multiple boxes. A simple lettering or number system placed on each piece would make the entire assemble process more efficient and much less aggravating. Also greater clarity on the screw/ bolt holes would eliminate easy mistakes that can be made. Great swing set that deserves much more attention and thought in the directions!

Do not buy from this company. Once we finally got all the parts, which took months, we realized that none of the pieces are marked. None of the holes match up so that my husband has had to red till a lot of them. I thought I was doing a good thing to buy American made, but not in this case.

Looks incredible and super sturdy. Very happyWorth noting they short shipped me 3” hex bolts and I had to expand 90% of the pilot holes for the bolt to even fit. With that said very very happy with end result.

Absolutely do not buy this! For the price, you are better off building your own play structure than trying to salvage the piece of junk that this thing is. First, it was delivered well after the original delivery date. Then the slide that came with it had a foot long gash in it from a forklift or something. How they could not notice a hole in the slide before sending it is beyond me. They did replace it with a new slide. Which took another week to get. We have had to redrill every single hole as none of the pilot holes match up. Key pieces and hardware are either missing, mislabeled or broken, causing us to have to go out and buy the part. One of the main posts that holds up the entire structure has an inch bend in it causing the whole structure to be leaning instead of straight. My husband originally said he wanted to build our kids a structure and I thought this would be better and easier. I was totally wrong! I wish I could send it back but I don't even know where to begin with trying to take it apart and ship back. The best thing I can do is warn others.
