Sara Z Flower Jelly Sandals

I have been buying sandal jelly's for my toddlers for a few years, and love the versatility, appearance, and general flexibility of a waterproof sandal that is fun and sparkly. In the past I bought from brand names like the Children's Place and Old Navy, but this time decided to try out an off-label Amazon purchase (I really wanted the flower and the color options). They looked beautiful online, and I was super excited to try them on my toddlers. Boy do I regret my purchase now.Both sandals arrived defective. One is literally missing the second half of the snap, so you cannot fasten it (see photos, I circled the missing snap in red). The other sandal arrived in the package warped so that it won't lie flat (see photos). No amount of bending or folding or trying to put it back in shape will work (look at other two photos). My toddler was so excited to put them on (squealed and made a bee line for them), but within a minute or two of wearing them was crying and trying to take them off. Not only was the merchandise defective, as above, but it pales in comparison to the other jelly's I have bought in the past. The plastic is stiffer and less flexible, and some of the edges are (relatively) sharp and cut into the wearers feet. The whole sandal just feels cheap and stiff and uncomfortable - far worse than any other jelly I have ever bought for my toddlers. I am terribly disappointed in this purchase, and want to make sure other buyers are aware of these issues before making a similar mistake.

My little granddaughter is sitting here with me and I just asked her why she wasn't wearing her new jellies I bought her?? She's only 4, but very smart, and said they broke the first time she wore them!!! The strap broke and the flower came off!!! Purple is her favorite color and she loved these shoes when I showed them to her, so surprised her by sending them to her in the mail...what a total letdown!!! I've bought similar shoes and they've lasted longer than 1 DAY!!!! Save your money!!!

My girls love these shoes and they are really cute just like the picture but the bottoms are really slippery. And they run somewhat small I should have went a whole size bigger

These run very small. My daughter is usually a size 6 in all other shoes; I ordered her the 7/8 pair as suggested by other reviewers and her toes are still right at the edge. The sole of the shoe has no flexibility and they're very slippery. The strap also doesn't have much length to it. I won't be buying these again but since they just fit (barely) I'm not going through the hassle of returning the ones we received either.

no foot can resist the hardness of this shoe, the material assumes that it must be flexible, it is so hard that 1 shoe is twisted to one side or not straightened.

I should’ve listened to the previous reviews about these being too hard. I put these on my daughter, she walked about 20 feet and said they were hurting her. The top strap was pinching her skin, they have 0% give! I ended up throwing them away.

These were really cute and what we were looking for, just a little small and the straps were short so it made them tight and hard to get fastened.

Nice design and beautiful on my 4.5 y/o daughter's feet! She's size 9-10 in all other shoes but with this, I had to exchange for a size 11-12. It fits super small; therefore, recommend a size up.
