This is definitely my go to spice for just about anything. It honestly goes great on so many items and adds just the right flavor. It has become a staple in my kitchen and can’t go on without it. The flavor is not overbearing, just a nice hint of spice. Its not overly salty either, I still add a dash of Himalayan salt afterwards to some of my dishes.

We love this spice!! We first stumbled upon it in a local store here in SF. I used this spice to add that extra umami to my dishes. It's amazing to the base of Japanese curry, baby back ribs, shrimp, carnitas, stew. It the perfect spice to elevate your dish. Just a sprinkle or a teaspoon. You wont regret. The added flavors are so good. My family loves this spice. Very versatile with any cuisine. On of our favorite is a Cajun cream sauce over pasta. This spice is the main ingredient in the sauce. Chefs kiss every time.

The flavor is really good you just have to add salt that's why they get 4 instead of 5 I definitely recommend it

Love this spice. I mostly use it on salmon and bottom fish like seabass and cod. Works really well or fish tacos. It also works great on other types of food. If your looking for fire from your spice this isn't the item. The combination of heat and flavor is just right for me. Third purchase of this item I've made.

A little bit of this seasoning goes a very long way. It turns ordinary chicken and beef into extraordinary cuisine. There is truth behind its name - black magic! Love it. My blackened salmon came out perfectly. Doesn’t have any salt so you’ll need to salt your dish as desired before using, but I can confirm that this is excellent for blackening just about anything you’d like. Decent heat level, flavorful, and balanced well. Exactly what I was looking for in a blackened seasoning. Just give your meat a nice coating and cook as you normally would. Couldn’t be easier. 10/10 would buy again!
