Requires cd drive or you can't use
The only way to download the driver is off their mini CD. It says you can email seller for a download link but I tried and they don't respond. So if your laptop doesn't have a cd drive you can't use this at all

Ir can not convert Hi8 vídeos.
The promotion presented was not 100% correct since did not work for Hi8 videos. The main reason to buy it was that I have a lot of old Hi8 camara vídeos that I can not convert to Mp4 .

Not happy.
The 2 shiny spots on the s video cable are metal in the plug in. This stops me from plugging in my s video cable form video camera to this capture device. The red, white and yellow cables work. The other thing I don't like is the cd is a mini disc.
