Hi there! No, this product is not paraben-free. Cetaphil products are fully compliant with the current EU and local market safety regulations for permitted ingredients in cosmetic products, and have been tested using accepted standardised test methods and under dermatological supervision to be non-irritating and non-sensitising and suitable for their intended uses. Paraben ingredients (in small amounts- they are listed towards the end of the ingredients list) are included in some Cetaphil products for their preservative properties, which help inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in a product once it has been opened.
