I have been having an issue with sciatica for over a month which I think was due to sitting at my computer on a chair with a pillow for a cushion. After reading other reviews about this cushion and finding the price very reasonable, I purchased it. After using this cushion for about 4 days, I have experienced relief. I notice now that when I stand, the sciatica isn't bothering me like it was before. It also helped to lower my seat height so that my weight is more evenly supported by the cushion and takes the pressure off my hamstrings. That in itself improved the comfort of the cushion as well as improving my posture. I have no comparisons to make as this is the first cushion I have tried, but based on my experience thus far I would recommend this orthopedic cushion and reiterate that finding your best level of comfort also involves adjusting your seat settings to find that sweet spot for maximum support.

I can’t give this seat cushion less than 5 stars because it actually does what it’s supposed to. When they arrived (I bought 2), I couldn’t wait to try them! They are nicely packaged in their own handled carrying bag. Very cool. At first “sitting”, it seemed a little bit tall/thick for my office chair at work, but I’m a not a tall person. I had to lower my chair a little so I was able to sit on it without sliding off. I personally would rather have a thicker seat cushion because then I know it’s not going to turn into a pancake and it’ll last a lot longer than most. The cushion is very well made and extremely comfortable to sit on. I’m going to give the other one to my dad who has major back issues. I believe he’d benefit from it and actually find it comfortable, like I did. All in all, I’m pretty pleased with this Amazon purchase. I would recommend this seat cushion to anyone looking for a comfortable seat and a quality product. Thank you guys! My days in the office are a little better now!

Ordered this a few weeks ago and have been using it everyday since then. We use it on our basic Ikea computer chair that has a hard seat. It forces me to sit up straight and makes the chair more comfortable. It also forces the kids to sit up straight in front of the computer. An added bonus is that it adds a couple of inches of height for the little one so he can be at a better height for viewing the screen. I find myself sitting on the floor a lot for a variety of tasks and I've been using the cushion as a back rest! It's definitely nicer than sitting against a wall. I like that it has a handle to carry around easily. Will update the review after some more usage to comment on the durability. So far so good.

I dont write reviews...I read. But I am making it a point now..I fell and severely bruised my tailbone..thank God not fractured..but it certainly feels like it..sitting is a painful task now..in the car and especially since I have a desk job. Needless to say it WORKS! Relieves the pressure entirely off my tailbone! Great in the car, at my desk. I even use it in bed. I'm going to order a 2nd one for convenience. Well made, rubber dots underneath so no slipping..plushy velvet top. Comes in a zippered plastic protector pouch. Glad I got it.

The cover is nice and used to come in a handy carrying case (of late, they just come in a plastic bag). There is a piece on the side of the cushion for carrying though I often forget it's there. This is an average-sized cushion so if you're a big or heavy person, you may need a larger size. This is not as firm as many cushions I've tried but that's a plus for me. Another plus for me is that the "bump" in the middle isn't as wide or high as many of the other cushions so I can sit comfortably. So far, the cushion has not flattened out for me and it appears this will hold up for a long time.

I study at least 8 hours a day for school and my lower back started aching so I got this cushion because of its great reviews. It makes the seat more comfortable and my 8 hours a lot more bearable. I have owned it for about a week and my lower back haven't been sore or aching at all so I would say the product works and is a great value. I can't wait to try it on one of my next flights because the chairs on airplanes also cause lower back discomfort.

These seat cushions are amazing!! I've purchased a few different ones here from Amazon but I can safely say this particular one has been the best one by far. The durability and comfort provided is unparalleled compared to what I've experienced before. I'm constantly driving from San Diego to Phoenix and would often experience upper and lower back pain as well as lower spine issues, but after using this cushion I never experienced the issues again. The memory foam cushion has helped make my long drives much more bearable. I will be purchasing a few for my mother, father and wife as well since they tried mine out and really enjoyed the comfort.

Really helped in the car. Much less pressure and pain on lower back. On sofa or easy chair takes a little maneuvering to get comfortable but is helpful. Good product and good price.
