Looks nice but not worth the $
Purchased less than a year ago. Tube cracked but I was able to still use it for a while. Tube is now broken in 2 pieces and I can not find a replacement Tube. Waste of my $.

More Show Than Function
Purchased for simplicity but it is not preset for a medium coarse grind. May work out in the long run.

Breaks easily
Looks pretty but the canister part broke pretty soon after my first refill it’s plastic and not durable

Not Durable at all
Bought this in may 2018 and it already broke. The plastic at the bottom of grinder cracked from the bottom of base and a whole chunk just broke off. These are way too expensive to break this easily. Very disappointing

Anything but Splendid
Bought mine in a stainless finish. Regardless of which metal finish you buy, the acrylic sleeve will crack and the grinder spins uselessly. Even when working properly, it requires a lot of cranking just to yield a paltry rate of coarsely ground pepper. And it can only produce coarse grinds.
