Q: Will a whole Turkey fit in this size?

No..I can't get a 3 lb turkey beast to fit in it. But it is , so far, one of the biggest and best for the price. A halogen/infrared oven with the ring extenders is what you need.

Q: Do i have to open it and shake the basket for even cooking?

I do. Haven't tried without shaking.

Q: Does basket have non stick coating?

It does not look like non stick coating. However the food never stick to the basket. I guess because the oil from the food helps to lubricate the basket

Q: How do you steam with air fryer?

I don’t think you can steam. It’s an air fryer not a steamer
