Working great with perfect fit and a good price compared to my pool supply store.

I replaced the old filter with the one I bought from Amazon. I had to wait for a while to have it delivered. But it is a great buy!

Took a chance on these over the OEM filters which were double the price, delivered within a week and look great, installed last week with no issues, time will tell if they last so will update in 3 months when I check them again, no issues so far.**Update 5/12/2023 took these out to clean them after 5 months in the system, washed down with just a hose pipe, came out clean with no tears or rips, 100% happy with this purchase!

My pool filters were the originals, 15 years old. I did my job cleaning the filters at least three times per season (Northeast). They worked fine until last year; however, since the opening of this season problems began to appear, reduced flow rate, poor filtration, high pressure and so on. The main reason might be that I didn't wash the filters last fall when I closed the pool, filter became clogged. Anyway, 15 years of service were long enough, and I decided o replace them.As soon as I replaced the filters, flowrate was significant higher, and pressure dropped by at least 10 psi. I am happy with the investment. Something that I learnt is that filters must be cleaned every time I close the pool.Quality of the filters is not as good as the Sta-Rite, but considering the price and performance, value is very good. I will write an update e the end of current season.

I am writing this review after the first season of using the filters. They did an awesome job. They are even a better value. After a full season, late April-early Oct, they have held up well. I was quite impressed how well they have held up. I inspected them thoroughly before storing them for winter which is why I wrote this review. Hundreds cheaper than you can get from the big pool store.

i got this filter because the brand sta-rite filters are 500.00 and change so i thought these would be just as good but i was wrong. very wrong. i've had several sets of the real sta-rite over 8 years. the first set i got used when i bought the system used. i don't know how old they were then but they lasted me several years. when i finally had to replace them i got the actual sta-rite brand and they lasted 5 years. i finally had to replace those may of 2020. i decided to go with these guardian filters and by november of 2021 the preasure in my system was running at tripple of what it should have been. after cleanning i got the preasure down to twice what it should have been and shortly after it was back up to 3 times what it hsould have been again. by november even cleaning them couldn't get it to original preasure. i tried to clean them by soaking them in warm soapy water as recamended by pool stores and pool service men and utube videos but it did nothing to change how they were running. so after just a year and a half here i am having to buy new filters again. lesson learned. buy cheap and get cheap.

At hundreds less than the Sta-Rite OEMs, these filters are working swimmingly! See what I did there?! My pool cleared up in 3 days after replacing my very old filters with these. So far so good at 1 month in.
