Best antiseptic on the market. Wounds that take months to heal , heal in couple of days. My dad diabetic, had bypass, in his 70s, his cut healed in less then a week.

This stuff is perfect for any wounds my surgeon uses it for his surgery patients. Easy to spray doesn’t stain and keep the wound clean.

Two years ago I was bitten by a black widow and since then the wound on my leg has not wanted to heal. I've tried different things and nothing has worked. I saw this product and read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. This wound cleaner is working. I have been using this product for a week now and I can see a noticeable difference in the appearance of the wound and also the size. A small corner of the wound has healed over with actual skin, not a scab. I have just ordered another bottle. The product does not sting or irritate my wound and it's easy to apply. You may find it a little pricey, but it is absolutely worth the price.

First time I purchased this cleanser, the nozzle would not spray, so I put it in a different container. Second time around the nozzle seems to work, so fingers crossed. Besides a complaint of the bottle, this product does seem to keep its word and help wounds heal. I have had some cuts and burns on my hands, and this seemed to sooth and help heal things up. 4/5 stars, their bottles might be hit and miss

Me ayudó mucho cuando infectó mi cesárea

I think it's probably a good product but the spray doesn't work well at all. It comes out in little globs and is messy. I'm going to transfer to another bottle. I'm dealing with some wounds on my legs from a fall in the house, legs are swollen and the skin just seemed to open up in places. Drains clear fluid. I clean with baby shampoo then pat dry and spray this product on, let it dry then bandage. I'm hoping that over time as the swelling in my legs goes down, the skin will gradually heal. This product makes it more comfortable under the dressings .I'm 84 and I guess things could be a lot worse.
