Q: how do these compare with Neocolor II?

The Mungyos are much softer than the Neocolor IIs. I have both and just swatched them. Will post it in a review since I can't post it here.

they will smear a bit. Not like regular oil pastels though. they are fun to work with. look on you tube for tutorials. I think they are "softer" than a regular oil pastel, I do not think I noticed any smudge when I wet them. I have not played with them in a month or so. they are worth a try
