Avoid...caught insects in a few days
I've changed my rating to 3 stars as the dal caught insects in a few days after use. Quality is also average. Price is on the higher side compared to other companies selling organic dal without any major difference in quality, taste or packaging. Expands a lot once soaked and cooks fast. Taste is reasonably okay
