It’s heavy during installation but looks lovely and does exactly what you want it to.

Really good solid product. I've installed two of these. They also stand up to storm force windows well, as we've just had one come through recently. Once fitted they look really smart and almost invisible (other than the stainless fixings). Being glass they are also easy clean and will last a lot longer than polycarbonate - which is what they replaced. Reading other reviews, and looking at the supplied fixings, I also replaced the wall fixings with longer expansion bolts that I've used many times before and had full confidence in, alongside longer stainless steel M8 Countersunk Allen Key M8 Bolts. Both these can be picked up on Amazon and add only a small amount to the total cost of installation. If the supplied fixings had been as detailed below it would have been a 5 star rating for this product. It took a team of 5 with special platform ladder access in place to install this. Lastly - had dealings with customer service who responded very quickly via Amazon messaging and where helpful.

Please note this seller does not comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 so think carefully before purchasing from this retailer. He charged me £40 to send me out a canopy pole even though by law he should have replaced it as good were unfit for purpose. We discovered one of the poles we had was not drilled correctly and sent over a photo explaining this. We could not screw it into the fixing point at all. This resulted in us having to dismantle and take down the canopy, scaffolding and workman and wait for a replacement part for which, to add insult to injury, we were charged. Disappointing customer service. High street retailers serve their customers better in this area so a lesson learnt.

So the original fixings were rubbish ( as mentioned in previous reviews). Screw fix visit and £10.50 later fixed the clamps to the wall. The day of fitting I found one of the fixings had no thread so could not fit !!! After several messages and a video to the supplier a new part was received. It will take at least 4 to fit this as well as bandstands / scaffolding as you need to be at waist height with the top of the door. In the end fitted really well and looks great. The glass is very heavy !!! Just need now to silicone the gap between the glass and the wall. Not an easy job to fit so take your time getting the wall fixings right.

Really good quality product But very hard to fit very heavy needs 3 people to fit item can not return as it will cost you as much as the product cost to return it to seller so ensure you can fit product before buying Srews they provide won't be good enough to hold weight and measurement in instructions are wrong

Quality product!

I purchase a 1800x900 clear glass canopy. Two main problems. a) There was no tracking information on delivery progress. The initial remark was 22-23 September. I had to phone supplier on 22nd and was told it would definitely be delivered on Saturday 23rd morning. IT DID NOT. It was eventually delivered on Sunday 24th night when we were out !! b) Wall fixing plugs were useless !! Drilled 10mm diameter hole as directed but fixing plugs just rotated in the hole and would not expand as expected. Had to purchase different plugs. These were longer than those provided - and I'm glad I did. The depth of those provided would not have been deep enough to take the weight (50kg) of the glass. However, final job looks great.
