Picture It: Homeopathy: A Picture-Based Guide to Homeopathic Remedies and Personalities Paperback – June 14, 2012

This is the easiest and most entertaining way to identify some core personalities.Got this just to better understand myself and a few friends and coworkers. The illustrations even look like the people I know! Wish I knew how to gently break the news to my boss how closely he fits one of these profiles, right down to physical appearance and the phrases that he uses.Gave one as a gift to my homeopath and he loved it too.

What a fun book. I confess I knew very little about homeopathy and had not realized that it was such an integrated approach to health. It is complicated and yet Dr. Patel manages to make it very clear and fun. I loved the illustrations and the lighthearted approach that somehow manages to help us navigate through a complex and ultimately serious approach to understanding health. Dr. Patel may have developed this book for naturopaths but really it is approachable for anyone with an interest in thinking about all the different factors that play a role in illness as well as health.Dr. Staves

It looks good on my PC when I read it using "Kindle for PC" but will not load properly in my two Kindle Fire HDX. What I see of the book on my PC, using "Kindle for PC," has caused me to want the paper edition - so I purchased it. However I am saddened that I am unable to access it on the HDXs.Even though I have been using and teaching Homeopathy for some time, I found this book (as seen on my PC) very good because it explains the types clearly in both text and with visuals.BTW - for those wanting the e-book Kindle edition you should know that "Kindle for PC" is a free download here at Amazon.

Excellent book for the beginner in homeopathy who wants to recognize and understand the “picture” of constitutional homeopathic remedies. The author’s writing and illustrations are excellent, easy to see and understand. I highly recommend this “picture” book for everyone interested in understanding some very popular and affective homeopathic medicines.

This book is very helpful for those first being introduced to homeopathy, as well as those who are highly familiar. A great and simple resource, yet has a ton of great info!

Purchased it online and its very helpful to review keys characteristics of remedy and I am able to search through with my software on my computer. The pictures are so helpful especially as they are so many remedies to learn. Great idea for this book .

I was so excited to get this book. Being a picture book I thought it was going to be a great educational tool for my kids. DEFINITELY NOT!! My son got a hold of it before I had a chance to look at it & brought to my attention the inappropriate things in it. Almost every remedy talks about sexual bents. I guess I understand that's part of the whole picture of the remedy, but at least give a disclaimer: Rated R. Not for children 🤦🏻‍♀️
