So Far So Good
Burns like hell but yes indeed it burned off the ugly tabs on my neck. So far looks like no scaring and products works as described.

Instructions are horribly written and don't tell you everything.
What the heck do you do with the package of needles? How do they attach. Nothing in the instructions about them. I guess you are just supposed to know how to put them in. Your poorly written instructions spend a lot of time on all of the buttons though.

Directions Need Improving
Directions were not easy to follow or understand. You can tell it was written from a foreigner not well spoken in english.

Ok I used this on my man on his skin tags. I also used it on my face it left scabs everywhere definitely not worth it and it didn't even work on skin tags. Waist of $$

Saves you money
Hurts a lot!! lol, HOWEVER!! it saves you money and it does the job. If you think you can endure the pain and make sure you are maintaining a clean needle and work area, this will solve your problem.

Works at burning off skin tags
This product works, although it does take some getting used to. You can smell burning skin when you use it but it does burn off skin tags which does sting a little but not too bad.

Works as described
This product seems to work as described. I have used it on a small skin tag and also red mole. You could feel the unit working. It is similar to what is used in my doctors office.
