Good but I don't use it as much as I should.
Now this does seem to be a good product. Nice material, comfortable enough and seems to fit the purpose. I find it does help to increase heat around my middle and supports me well in the gym, but unfortunately in my opinion, I am just not devoted enough to get the benefit from using it. For someone that goes to the gym regularly, has the correct gym gear and puts their all into each session, then if you do have the motivation and commitment to use it all the time, I recon it would help. As I don't, it gets barely used.

Great quality.
I bought this for my husband, he wears it when cycling. The large size is big but was fine for my hubby. He said it works well and he can see and feel a difference after wearing it for 2 weeks. This is made well and is a good product.

Way too big for a slim person.The quality looks good. I'm a size 8 and this goes round me twice so I don't think i'l be able to wear it. It really is a man's or much larger ladies size.Also it didn't have a size option when I brought it but the bag says large!

Strong and good fitting
Great item but no instructuons sent with belt. Very strong and durable and the Velcro is very strong. Really good at using in the gym too
