L'Or Instant Coffee Sticks from France Large 80 Stick Pack

I discovered these instant coffee sticks on a recent trip to France. Our hotel in Paris had these our room. While I am not a big fan of instant coffee, these were so good, I bought more when I got home and have continued to buy them! An added bonus, I get to use the espresso cups I bought in Paris and feel like I'm back in France every morning.

By far my favorite instant coffee. I love that they come in single packages too so i can take them with me.

I bought some cheap house-brand instant at the local grocery and was thoroughly unexcited by it. Had breakfast at a friend's house and noticed that I actually liked the coffee, but it came from one of those fancy machines with the little cups and that seemed like too much hardware (I have enough junk on my kitchen counter already). But it motivated me to start reading reviews and I ran across this stuff and thought I'd give it a shot. I like it. One packet makes a nice cup of coffee for me. Another reviewer said she likes hers stronger so she uses two. Really convenient, travels well, tasty and inexpensive. Plus it's French....ooo la la! I can try to convince myself I'm classy and continental as I drink fancy coffee with my frosted pop tart!

Second time I ordered this and they were too dry. Possibly bad storage conditions as product was NOT expired. I do like the box they come in, has a cut section were it's convenient to grab a pack. Will probably not order again as they are not cheap.

Coffee (in any form) from France……what’s not to love? This is SO satisfying…..Smooth and fragrant and these little sticks are perfect for travel…! Tuck them into pockets or luggage, then wherever you can get a cup and some water, you can have that emergency caffein fix. Well, it works for me, and it’s delicious!

I had randomly picked this coffee while I was in France and I was pleasantly surprised with how much flavor it packed into instant coffee! It almost tasted like fresh coffee! It is strong and aromatic. I like to order the sticks instead of the jar so it can keep its flavors and have a longer shelf life. I am very particular about my coffee and prefer freshly brewed coffee most of the time, I have this for times when I need the instant cuppa without having to compromise too much on the taste.

These are my favourite instant coffee. We discovered them in Tahiti and prefer them to every other we know about. I typically drink dark roast coffee with half n half, no sweetener. But, in circumstances where I don't want to carry half n half, or don't have a cooler, I pair one sachet of L'or with one sachet of T rader Jo e's instant coffee packets, which have creamer and sweetener-- makes a satisfactory cup of brew. Great for travel, backpacking, or keeping at work for occasional use. Pricey but convenient.
