Hair colour is not fitting
I am regularly using this product but this time inside sachet instead of two colours shampoo only one colour is there it's not given any colour please review and please replace it i opened and used one sachet

Couvre tout les cheveux blanc ainsi que ceux de la barbe. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas du châtain ou châtain foncé. En tout cas le shampoing est très efficace

The sachets contains mostly the white shampoo and sometimes no black dye. Its the right mixture that gives the color. Some sachets contains only the white shampoo. The colour doesnt last. Sometimes it takes hours to blend in.
