Great little powder shakers. I'm currently using them for use with baking soda in my bathroom. One shake is all you need. BAKING SODA has antibacterial properties. It may have skin benefits if you have certain skin conditions, such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis. (Google search) Previously, I was using relatively pricey liquid hand soap and was going through it like crazy. Having switched to this alternative will not only save on unnecessary expenses, but it will have some health benefits too. NOTE: the plastic cover lid when shipped, is stuck to the Shaker lid. So just give it a few turns on the Shaker to tighten and then remove the plastic cover lid. Great quality! Highly recommended!

We make pizza all the time in our outdoor pizza oven. These have been great to flour our work surface and put cornmeal on the pizza peel. I also have another one that Insure for icing sugar on baked goods.
