It’s been one week i can feel a difference. My Garmin watch tracks my sleep shows I’m getting better sleep and longer REM sleep.

Helped well with my recovery and getting great overall rest. Sleeping at night was getting more challenging for me. But the ZMA’s get me restful sleep, recovery and more importantly refreshed and awake in the morning.

I am very familiar with ZMA products over the last 10 years. I use them primarily to sleep better. I gave this a try to see how boron affected me. I did not feel drowsy as with every other ZMA product I’ve used. I used the entire bottle, taking as described. Less than 10% of the nights did I notice feeling sleepy on-time. And about 20% of the nights, I had trouble falling asleep. Definitely different. My body certainly didn’t react to it the same way as boronless ZMA. Otherwise, I’m sure it’s a good product and does the job with high quality ingredients.
