I rarely write reviews, but Releev One Day Cold Sore Treatment deserves all the praise. If you're tired of cold sores lingering for days, this product is an absolute must try. I can confidently say it works wonders, far surpassing Abreva and every other cold sore treatment I've ever used.The biggest difference? Speed and effectiveness. With other products, I'd brace myself for 3-5 days, sometimes even a full week, of discomfort and visible cold sores. With Releev, I apply it and immediately feel relief. The best part is knowing that by the next day, the cold sore will be significantly diminished, if not completely gone. It truly lives up to its "one day" claim.I've even discovered an unexpected bonus: it provides immediate relief when I get psoriasis under my nose. While it's not marketed for this, the soothing and healing properties have been incredibly helpful in managing those flareups quickly.Seriously, if you're on the fence, give Releev a try. You won't regret it. It's transformed how I deal with cold sores, making them a minor inconvenience rather than a week-long ordeal.

This stuff is amazing!! I’ve been dealing with cold sores since I was a child. I’ve tried everything. Well I had one of these bad boys pop up on my lower lip on Monday. I have a date I’ve been excited for a month on Thursday! I started to apply this Monday night every two hours. By Tuesday it was down half the size. I kept applying every 2-3 hours and 20mins after application, when I knew it was dry, I’d slather on Aquaphor. It’s Wednesday and it’s just a small spot. I’m still applying and I have no doubt it will be gone by Thursday. Using Aquaphor in partner with this is key- it keeps it soft and no scabbing over. I will forever purchase!!!

This THE BEST cold sore medication on the market. I’ve used it for years when I get those pesky cold sores usually right on the lip or the nose. This product works!

This started working for me at the first sign of appearance. Although I have prescription on hand, I probably don’t need it unless it becomes an outbreak. Although other reviews complained about the price, it qualifies as HSA/FSA eligible in Amazon. Recommend checking if it qualifies for yourself.

This works! I get cold sores from stress. Over the years I've used Abreva & recently tried Campho Phenique but this is the only product that takes away the pain, swelling & itching. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost is a tad high for the amount you get and it's a BROWN LIQUID. So visually, it makes it more noticeable. Abreva is a white cream that dries sorta clear, Campho is a clear gel & this is a brown liquid. Literally looks like worcestershire sauce, dries fairly quickly but awkward to apply & makes it look like it's at the dark scab stage bwfore it actually is.

Love this product. I can't find it in any store in our area. Important to begin using when you first feel the "heat" of the cold sore. It begins working right away and, if started early, I don't even get a visible sore and the heat is gone within 2 days.
