Dreadful
Very poor writing. Sentences frequently contain non-words or the wrong word. Style is awful. Bad grammar.I was hoping to find a summary that I could gift to friends that would be succinct and accurate. This is not that book.

This book is a travesty of self publishing. The "author" is incapable of coherent thought or expression, and is innocent of all knowledge of grammar, syntax, and logic. It is virtually impossible to read, and is amazingly inaccurate. It is not in fact a summary of anything recognizable as a book. I would describe it as childish but for the hidden virtues of true childishness. I would have returned it but the return shipping costs more than the value of this worthless rag. It might be useful as mulch.

i understand this was a summary of the book, but it wasn't helpful or well written. should just buy the book

unsupported theories
Didn't realize i was getting the summary but read it anyway. There are some logical but completely unsubstantiated theories in this book. Perhaps the full read had more info but this was useless. no data to back up any of the claims.

Principles of effective weight loss.
This summary is a prelude to reading the original book. Nevertheless, here I learned about the main causes of obesity and about ways to eliminate this problem, in particular about intermittent fasting. Summary brief, but informative. I was interested in the facts described here and now I want to purchase an original book.

Valuable Advice
The summary offers such valuable advice. Obesity is a real problem and the mother of several evils. Reading the summary made me realize the fault in my diet. From now on, I will be avoiding sugar, carbs and processed foods. I will also be making intermittent fasting a part of my routine. Thank you so much for this summary since it made everything so easy.

Personal Opinion.
The book is not specific enough in explanation. It is a mix of Yoga book with some recommendation from a Doctor.Fasting is OK, but depend how old is this person and in what health condition has.Fasting is danger when a person do it without supervision.

I love this book
Thank you so much for this summary since it made everything so easy. I love this book. It accepts the basic science we know about losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This book is the antidote to that terrible information. Such a good read. I really feel like I got the most important information from the book. I highly suggest.
