"Wooden watch" had a giant metal backing. : Updated
The company did send me two replacement watches with no metal backing at no cost. They are a different style and have no numbers on the face. The woman's watch is very small and I will probably use the men's because it is much easier to see. The style isn't as nice (IMO) but I don't need to worry about it causing a reaction and it will work for administering standardized testing. I do appreciate the effort they went to to correct the error.Really pissed. Going to be returning.I need wooden or nonmetal watches because I have a major metal allergy. When this arrived and I eventually managed to get the box open, I took the watch out. Wood around the front face but metal backing.I wondered if I had some sort of stroke when ordering it that would cause me to imagine that it was a wood watch.Nope. There's a tag hanging centimeters from the metal backing declaring it to be a wood watch.

Attractive, Unique Design, & Inexpensive
Attractive and simple and easy to read with a quick glance. The wood and square design provides an inexpensive and unique wristwatch.
