BadiaSpices inc Curry Powder, 16-Ounce (Pack of 3)

Badia makes excellent spices. Use to travel to Miami several times a year and always bought this curry to bring back home. So glad I was able to order it on line. It has been my favorite Jamaican curry for years--as good as what I had in restaurants in Miami and when traveling outside of the country.Company shipped product promptly and arrived in good shape.

Curry powder arrived the next day delivery. Packaging was good. Very satisfied with quality and value.

The flavors are on the tangy side and not on the hot and spicy side. The only thing that I didn't care for was the added salt which wasn't strong but I prefer to use sea salt when I cook rather than table salt.

I used to buy Tone's curry powder. However, for some reason, many of Tone's products raise prices. So I decided to change to another brand. Although the color is not as yellow as Tone's, it works for me for food service purpose.

My girlfriend is from Martinique, and this is the closest thing that we've found in the states to the Colombo spice combination.

I got my item in a timely manner. I'm likely to purchase again. I have already place several orders!!

I guess I didn't know that the Jamaican's like their curry tart. It made my lips pucker. I like curry. I thought I liked all types until I tried this one. I'll have to see if anyone I knows wants it. It's on my "don't buy again" list.
