This is the best hair dye! It was henna and some orange cream and I mixed it and in 45 min I had all black hair! I really appreciate the no PPD, RECORCINOL, and other awful ingredients. Even though this does has PPT it’s less harmful than PPD. Will be using this from now on!

This is by far the BEST non peroxide non ammonia permanent hair color I have ever used! I usually do not write reviews but I am now to help other gals out. If your on a tight budget and can't afford salons this is a great alternative. I'm 51 have heavy gray hairs, bought a brush from Sally's and started at roots then took each section and brushed the color through to my ends. Then combed my hair to the ends throughout the processing of 45 minutes. I'm absolutely astonished at the color, my scalp didn't burn or itch like the salon chemical. The color is really pretty!

The product was good but I was allergic to it. Even though I did the test on my arm and neck nothing showed up at that point. After I used it my eye swelled up and blotches on my face. Other than that I actually liked it but obviously I can't buy it again

I really like the way my hair came out. And at least for a few days after washing it I had beautifully thick hair. I am on Nutrafol for thinning hair (which is working nicely). But for some reason after dying it my hair was thick. It’s back to its regular volume now lol. 2 negative things. I bought dark brown and like a few other reviewers my hair turned black. Now I had a lot of gray to cover so I left it on over an hour. Maybe that was the issue And it stains which was good for my scalp because it also stained it (like dying your brows the skin with no hair gets stained). So I looked like I had more hair. But my hands and sink also got stained Wear gloves. It’s 2 weeks now the black is still there even after hours of oil in my hair which used to work to take away excess dye. Slight bits of gray coming thru at the roots. You could probably get away with 4-6 weeks of color before you dye again I’m going to get medium brown and mix a little dark brown next time. The Morticia Adams look is too draining for my Mediterranean skin tone 😂

I included a before and after picture. I LOVE the color. Dark, with reddish tones and shiny. No allergic reaction for me, but I am not super sensitive to regular dye either. The instructions are thorough on testing for allergy first before completely coloring. Love that it's mostly organic. We'll see how the color holds up, but for now I am happy and would buy again. The conditioner was a little too perfumey. I'm pretty sensitive to smell.

Tried a bunch of different coloring products and was concerned about damaging my hair or getting uneven or too dark results. This worked accurately, wasn’t too dark or unnatural looking. I would buy it again.

I have been using this product since 2019. It has been great for me with PPD sensitivity. It smells like oranges and is very easy to use. I also brought this to my hairstylist to color my hair, and she loved the gentleness and effective coloring. She found no damage to my hair despite my frequent use of the color. However, after four years of enjoying the product without any allergic symptoms, the reaction returned after the purchase this summer. Not only did the design of the box change, but so did the ingredients. Now they do not have the line "No PPD" on the box. (I wish they could notify us of the BIG change) I have to stop using it in the middle of the treatment because of a burning sensation and itchiness, leaving a very uncomfortable feeling on my scalp with a significant amount of fallen hair. I would have avoided using it if I had known the change. Since I trusted the product, I purchased 4-6 boxes at a time, so I still have 4 unopened boxes, but they are all in the newly designed boxes which I cannot use. I wish I could get the previous version of this hair color. If you have NO PPD allergies, please enjoy the product with its ease of use without any harsh smell. Update 4/29/2025: "NO PPD" has been added back to the box. I would appreciate it if others could share reviews confirming whether this is true. Thank you so much!

Based on reviews about longevity and full coverage, I was bit hesitant originally but gave it a shot given organic, PPD/Ammonia free. Each packet serves at a minimum of 2 coloring period at a minimum. It gave a me good coverage and long lasting for about 4-6 weeks which is normal with any hair dye. Overall, I am very satisfied and less worried about side effects from other brands harsh chemicals. It does not smell heavy chemical as other brands. It smells orange which I like. It does not trigger Asthama episodes from other chemical based hair dyes. Overall, I feel good about this and bought more of these lately

Please watch out with this product, it's misleading. I got a huge allergic reaction to this. Please watch out and take care of yourselves

I got the #3.0 (Dark Brown) and after using it following is the experience: 1. Actual color is jet black not Dark brown 2. Sellers claim of organically natural is totally false, One packet includes hena and the Tube consist of chemical. you feel the irritation while applying it. Actual ingredients are not displayed on tube.

Of all the hair coloring, I highly recommend this one.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t dye the hair like the ones I used to purchase from another seller.
