Too expensive for quality. Bad quality op paper. Pictures are in very bad quality and in black and white.

This is a very well thought out guide book for anyone either teaching or wanting to teach Shorin Ryu Karate. From the history to lesson plans, exercises. to guides for what requirements for advancing each kyu. It's easy to read and follow. This is not a book for a novice or someone wanting to learn karate since the books lists what strikes, blocks & kicks to use for katas, class lesson plans, etc. If you do not know what these are and how to teach or how to use the technique properly then it will be of no use to you. It has a lot of good information for any upper color belts or black belts. I'm glad I bought it.

Very lousy edition... no pictures... no way to follow the chapters.... and very very expensive!!! I had the sensation that I lost my money.

Well written book.This was meant for those with more advance training or those looking to work as instructors. Definitely not for the beginner.
