I have a shih tzu, who was completely filled with mats. I had tried to remove it using scissors, but in vain. After using this trimmer, I am surprised by how easy it is to groom your dog by yourself! This trimmer makes me so much more confident to groom my dog.My dog is really afraid of sound, but this trimmer is really quiet that my dog didn't mind at all! The blade is very sharp and good. It's amazing that we also get tools to clean and maintain the blade! There are also so many comb sizes which is perfect to get the hair size that you desire.The next best thing is the battery. I was confused why they had given two batteries as I wasn't expecting it. I think this is a really good addition as it can make sure this product will come for even longer!The only con I can think of is that the chaging light will always be red even if it has finished charging. Though you can just set an alarm and turn it off, it's not a major con.Conclusion: In my opinion this is definitely a 100% buy if you're looking for a dog trimmer. It is definitely worth its price and I have no complaints.

Received in good condition, the trimmer box was not taped but saw unboxin videos and it is normal.Trimmed my spitz who has very fine hair.Didn't watched the clock as we were doing this for the first time.Trimmer cut very nice and easy but the battery was drained and had to use with charging wire connected.Very good performance.Very low sound and vibration.My spitz was comfortable with it.Lightweight and easy to clean.A good product.Pet perents should have it.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second product which I bought in red color with extra blade. I already had bought one more in black color one year back & it was not with extra blade.I bought this second one with extra blade for my relative because she has 3 Labrador.If you have only one dog you can go with single blade.I have been using this product since one year.This is easy to use & almost noiseless.I loved it.

This was my second trimmer for my Shih Tzu. It worked fine. It was effortless to use especially for trimming the hair around eyes, paws and stubborn knots. However, it stopped charging. We tried charging for almost 3-4 hours but no luck. I am utterly disappointed with the poor-quality charger. I would not repurchase it because of this.

Did not come with the mentioned cleaning brush, and there is a small liquid vial which has no explanation
