Bowl is perfect and is great to work from it. Something pretty to have handy.

Bowl looks and feels great, however- it is so so small. O didnt realize at the time, it says in multiple places 6x3...I thought it was like the size of a bowl you make salad in, not one you'd eat salad out if. Lol oops. Just a heads up- small!!! :)

This small bowl is big enough for most yarn cakes, exception would be the bulky yarn . It’s beaitiful, good quality , and polished to perfection. I would recommend it for yourself or a gift . Thank you. One very happy customer

The bowl split without ever being used. I had put the bowl away in it's box in a drawer so that I could give it as a gift to a friend visiting from Seattle for Christmas. When I took the bowl out to wrap it, it was split-very disappointing.

This bowl is just what I needed. Love it.

I did not like this yarn bowl at all. Everything about it was too small! I tried using it for my yarn and just about every time I pulled on the yarn it came out of the bowl. It is just too small. Too short, and the holes for the needles.... WAY too small! I finally returned the bowl back for a refund.

I wanted a bowl that was not made of ceramic because I knew I'd break that. This wooden bowl is durable, smooth enough inside to never snag the yarn, heavy enough to keep your yarn in one place, and works well for the job it is designed for. If all of my yarn were small enough to fit into it, it would be perfect. Right now, however, my project is using Lion Cupcakes, which are very large, so I can still use it if, A) I'm starting the yarn from the middle of the ball, B) I roll it into a ball before hand, or C) it's more than half gone. I'd feel bad if I had paid less than I did for a pretty wooden bowl like this, so I cannot complain about the price. If anything, it is simply too nice a bowl for the amount of abuse I will no doubt give it.
